Job purpose:
Providing training and consultations in the field of quality, and qualifying a company (a chain of food and household supplies markets)
Tasks:
- Conducting ISO 9001:2015 awareness and documentation training for employees.
- Conduct training on internal audit ISO 9001:2015 and SMART objectives for management team and assigned staff.
- Oversee the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 and related internal audit readiness documents.
- Overseeing the ISO 9001: 2015 internal audit conducted by the company.
- Assisting the management in reviewing the results of the internal audit ISO 9001: 2015 and implementing the necessary corrective actions to prepare for the external audit.
- Provide support as needed during an ISO 9001:2015 external audit.
Provided the following reports:
- Training Attendance List Agenda and Certificates (Training Report)
- Training Attendance List Agenda and Certificates (Internal Audit Training Report)
- Fill in the required forms and documents and activate the system
- Internal audit report and NCR
- Corrective actions and management review report
- External audit report and readiness note
